We are looking for reliable, dedicated and hardworking Manufacturing Operatives to join our team in Knowsley.

As a Manufacturing Operative, you will play an important role in producing high-quality products within a safe, clean and efficient manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, growing business and develop your experience within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day production and manufacturing activities

• Operating and monitoring production equipment safely

• Preparing, packing and handling products

• Completing quality checks and following production procedures

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets

• Reporting any equipment, quality or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor

What we are looking for

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Excellent timekeeping and reliability

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Good attention to detail

• A responsible approach to health, safety and hygiene

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
